About this piece
A sculptural Murano art glass vase dating to circa 1960, featuring a twisted optic swirl that spirals effortlessly from base to flared rim.
Executed in opaque white glass, its soft satin finish highlights the flowing form while allowing light to subtly play across the surface.
The vase's timeless silhouette makes it equally striking displayed on its own or filled with sculptural branches (or flowers of course). A classic example of mid-century Italian glassmaking, it embodies the refined craftsmanship and organic forms for which Murano became internationally renowned.
Whether styled within a contemporary, minimalist or mid-century interior, this piece offers quiet sophistication and enduring appeal.
