Getting your pieces listed

Three ways to list, depending on how you’re selling.

Sync your online store

Connect your Shopify, WooCommerce or Squarespace store and your products sync automatically. We can walk you through it.

Bulk import a large catalogue

If you have a large catalogue, our team can help to sync your listings to Bazaa in one go.

List pieces individually

Add each piece in your seller portal, with photos, measurements and a price.

Shipping made easy for you

Buyers pay delivery at checkout, based on the size and location of the piece.

Larger items: we handle end-to-end delivery

After a sale, we’ll be in touch to organise collection from you by one of our trusted mover or courier partners.

Smaller items: Australia Post

Download a prepaid Australia Post label from your seller portal, package and send your item.

Questions sellers ask

Who can sell on Bazaa?

Anyone with vintage or antique pieces who follows our community guidelines, whether you’re a business or an individual.

How quickly can I start?

Straight away. As soon as you sign up, we email you your sign-in details for the seller portal.

When will I be paid?

Funds, minus the Bazaa fee, are released within 7 days of the buyer confirming delivery. After your first sale, we’ll contact you to confirm your preferred payout method.

I have an online store. Should I sync?

We recommend it, so your stock stays up to date and you don’t need to upload pieces twice. We only sync images, descriptions, prices and stock, and can’t see any of your customer or order data. If you have a large catalogue, our team can help bring it across in one go. Email hello@bazaa.com.au.

How long should I wait until my product is live?

It usually takes 2–3 working days for our team to review and approve new listings.

What if I don't have professional photos?

As long as you can provide clear and clean photos of your item, our team will edit them to fit our website catalogue.
