How to list an item
Complete listings go live faster. Here’s what to include.

Include one of the whole piece, in frame, with nothing on it. Then add close-ups.
What it is, the style or maker if you know it, and the era.
Width, depth and height, so buyers know it fits.
Mention any marks or wear and show them in a photo.

Getting your stock on Bazaa
Once you connect, there are three ways to list as a professional seller, depending on the size of your range.
Sync your online store
Connect your store in a few clicks and your products sync automatically. You’ll receive instructions by email after you sign up.
Platforms supported: Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace
Bulk import a large catalogue
If you have a large catalogue, our team can help to sync your listings to Bazaa in one go.
Add pieces one by one
Add each piece individually in your seller portal: photos, measurements, description and price.

Open the email and follow the link to sign in to your seller portal.
- 2Add your pickup address
Go to Settings › Shipping. Buyers need it to get a shipping quote.
- 3List your first piece
Add photos, measurements and a price for our team to review.
