About this piece
An elegant timber and brass sailfish, its elongated body and swept fins giving the impression of motion even at rest. The contrast of carved wood with brass detailing lends the work an appealing combination of warmth and precision.
A mid century decorative sculpture with a distinctly coastal character, presented on a simple stand that allows its uninterrupted form to take centre stage.
