About this piece
Original 1982 IKEA HESTRA lounge chair, featuring a sculptural cantilevered frame with tightly woven rattan. Based on Tito Agnoli’s iconic P3 lounge chair designed for Bonacina in the 1960s, with a distinctive angular profile and low, relaxed seating position. A great example of early 1980s IKEA design. Great for houses/ apartments mixing vintage and antiques with modern design items.
