About this piece
A rare and incredibly characterful Post and Rail modular suite, combining a two seater, armchair, matching ottoman and the original connecting timber table into one complete 1970s setup. The appeal is in the scale and construction — chunky exposed timber, deep chocolate upholstery and those bold, sculptural proportions that make Post and Rail so instantly recognisable. Sets in this complete configuration are increasingly hard to come by, particularly with the original conjoining section still present.A brilliant piece of Australian design with loads of presence, warmth and personality. Presents in fantastic vintage condition with minor wear from a life well lived.Sofa 145 W x 85 D x 88 HArmchair 82 W x 85 D x 88 HThe whole set is 290cm W in one piece
