Circa 1960s to 1970s
A pair of vintage folding chairs combining dark stained timber frames with woven cane seats and backrests. Their sharply angled A frame construction, exposed metal fittings and slender proportions reflect the practical ingenuity of mid century furniture design.
The natural cane provides a warm contrast to the richly aged timber, while the folding mechanism allows each chair to collapse into a compact profile for storage. Equally suited to occasional dining, additional seating or as individual accent chairs, they retain the character and visual warmth of furniture that has seen decades of regular use.
