A vintage oval gilt mirror in the Louis XVI style, featuring an ornate Neoclassical frame with moulded foliate detailing, rope twist borders and a decorative crest of crossed torches amongst laurel leaves and foliage. The oval form and classical detailing are typical of the Louis XVI style, with an aged gilt finish and darker tones highlighting the raised decoration. Wear consistent with age and use, including rubbing, marks and losses to the gilt finish. Please refer to photos for condition.
