About this piece
The Rock Chair by Diesel with Moroso is a distinctive piece of contemporary Italian design, originally introduced in 2010 as part of the Successful Living from Diesel home collection.
Designed by the Diesel Creative Team, the chair represents an interesting collaboration between Diesel, the internationally recognised Italian fashion and lifestyle brand, and Moroso, one of Italy's most established designer furniture houses, renowned for its craftsmanship and innovative approach to furniture design.
What makes the Rock Chair particularly special is its contrasting silhouette. From the front, it features a smooth, enveloping bucket-style seat, while the rear of the shell is sculpted with angular, faceted detailing inspired by the natural formation of rock. This interplay between soft curves and sharp geometric lines gives the chair its unmistakable character.
Crafted from moulded structural polyurethane with solid beech legs, the design combines durability with a playful, architectural aesthetic. Its crisp white finish makes it particularly versatile, sitting comfortably within contemporary, minimalist and eclectic interiors.
Condition: Good pre-loved condition, with gentle signs of wear to the legs and shell, consistent with age and previous use.
A sculptural and characterful designer piece that brings together Italian fashion heritage, contemporary design and everyday functionality.
