Description: A beautiful set of four antique English Rosewood dining chairs featuring elegant balloon-shaped open backs with a carved central scroll motif. The rich Rosewood frames have a graceful, flowing profile, complemented by turned front legs and gently swept rear legs.
Each chair has a generously proportioned upholstered seat, currently finished in a traditional striped floral fabric in warm red, cream and muted green tones. The combination of the shaped mahogany frames, delicate carved detailing and classic upholstery gives this set a particularly elegant period appearance.
Ideal around a smaller dining table, they would also work beautifully as occasional chairs placed throughout a traditional or period-inspired interior. A few small marks to the fabric, as shown in our photos.
