Literature & Contextual EssayAustralian Studio GlassEstablished in 2021 by internationally acclaimed glass artist Scott Chaseling and arts writer/maker Gina Fairley, Small Impact Studio operated as an avant-garde hot-shop in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, bridging sustainable material reuse with limited-edition gallery design. Prior to winding down commercial operations in late 2025 to refocus on global solo exhibition practices, the workshop established the highly sought-after S15 (Studio OneFive) series. The technical execution of this service exemplifies the complex hot-shop roll-up or mosaic pick-up technique (tesserae).
