About this piece
This pair of midcentury side tables is a fine example of the era’s design. Each features a rich burl timber top, its swirling grain in warm amber and deep chocolate tones, set within a solid timber frame. The top appears to float effortlessly above the base, while highlighted finger joints add a distinctive detail.
Solid and substantial, these tables are heavy and well built. They’re versatile too: place one on either side of your sofa, use them as beside tables, or push them together for an eye-catching coffee table.
This pair is sold as is, with no restoration work carried out. The tables are in very good condition overall, with only a few minor surface scratches to the tops and light wear marks to the frames, consistent with their age.
