The timber frame is finished in rich gilding and detailed with intricately carved vine leaf mouldings, culminating in a decorative crown-top centrepiece. Refined detailing throughout. Heavy and well-proportioned, with a strong sense of European heritage; unmarked, and likely late 19th to early 20th century.

- Mirror plate shows minor signs of use; not chipped or cracked.
