Rare complete Fritz Hansen Model 4810 dining set, designed by Danish architectural practice Friis & Moltke.
The set comprises six original black leather chairs and two matching Demi Lune tables, which join together to form a generous dining table. The chairs carry original Fritz Hansen labels dated 1986, while the table bears a Fritz Hansen label dated 1985.
An unusually complete and scarce example of Friis & Moltke’s distinctive 1980s Brutalist Adjacent architectural furniture. No other complete set of this exact configuration has been located through extensive searching.
A striking collector’s set with strong provenance and an unmistakable late-20th-century Danish design character.
