Vintage French three-seat settee in the Louis XVI Neoclassical style, defined by a carved and gilded wooden frame. The sweeping oval medallion back is topped by a hand-carved floral crest of blooming roses. A continuous beaded trim outlines the back and the seat rail, which is further edged by a leaf-and-dart frieze. Arm supports are carved with acanthus foliage and sweep outward to padded, scrolled armrests. Each corner of the seat rail is punctuated by a carved rosette medallion, above elegant fluted, tapering legs.

- Original warm gilded patina retained, with minor surface wear and small areas of finish loss
- Newly upholstered in cream polyester; fabric shows light marks
