About this piece
Set of Four Oak Barstools with Rush Seats, French, 1960s
A quintessential Mid-Century French design, this set of four barstools combines robust oak construction with traditional woven rush seating. Each piece exemplifies the craftsmanship of 1960s French furniture makers, featuring tapered legs and a warm, honey-toned patina that speaks to decades of use and character.
Perfect for kitchen islands, bar counters, or as standalone seating with authentic vintage appeal. The rush seats develop a natural lived-in texture over time, enhancing their charm. Structurally sound and ready for everyday use.
Provenance: France, circa 1960s. One-of-a-kind set.
