These are a good quality set of six genuine antique English William IV circa 1830 Rosewood ‘show timber frame Dining Chairs. The rail backs are well shaped and curved. The lower waist rail has opposed carved Tulips at either end and the turned and tapered front legs have inverted elongated carved Tulip embellishments.
Condition: The chairs having had a life and never had any maintenance work over the past nearly 200 years have come to us and are offered in ‘as is’ condition requiring general refurbishment and reupholstering which is good as we can have the frames professionally generally refurbished or fully professionally restored to suit ones individual requirements. Also we can organise the re upholstering - all at a cost to us basis.

Price: were $2,985 the set however reduced to $1,995 the set of six frames.These early and top quality frames are offered at only $332.50 each which is much cheaper than good reproduction frames that can cost over $1,000 each.
Sellers Observation: These superb frames are offered for sale at a lower price than much inferior factory mass produced frames made from lesser quality timber and can have poor detailing which can cost hundreds more per frame….it doesn’t make sense.
