A good quality genuine Antique French 1860s Set of Six Dining Chairs / Salon Chairs made from solid French Walnut of lovely ‘honey’ colour. The ‘show timber’ frames are in the Louis XV style with waisted ‘spoon’ backs with a central crest carving, a vertical shaped and carved central splat above a lower waist rail. the seat rails are serpentined and flow into the elegant cabriole front legs.
The chair frames are in excellent original condition commensurate with age however they do require reupholstering which we can organise on a purchasers behalf.
