On offer is a high quality genuine antique English later Regency / George IV swivel and fold over top Tea Table on a well turned centre support column on a shaped quadruped base with four down ward swept legs all made by craftsmen from imported well figured prestigious Honduran Mahogany now mellowed to a lovely medium homey colour.
the top surface features an outer cross banded border as does the inner surface once the table top is swiveled and laid back on the frieze section. The frieze features a hidden storage compartment and feature panels at right angles to the main grain. there is also a feature lower finely beaded molding. The centre column is well turned and features multiple ring turnings. The angled legs feature upper shaped knees plus at op side recessed panel and taper downwards towards the original all brass toe cap and castor assemblies.
Condition: Excellent having had reasonably recent full refurbishment.
