About this piece
This antique Chinese sideboard was sourced from Shanxi and is around 150 years old. Crafted from pine, it has three drawers across the top and three panelled doors below, with small round pulls and simple, well balanced lines.
The old finish has faded to a soft washed grey green, with the pine grain showing through. It gives plenty of storage for crockery, linen or media, and its muted tone sits nicely in both coastal and modern rustic homes.
