A lovely vintage wingback armchair with matching footstool, upholstered in a soft coral pink velvet with contrasting green piping. The chair features a high winged back, generously padded scroll arms, a loose seat feather cushion and a tailored skirt concealing the timber frame and castors beneath. The matching footstool has a removable feather cushion with the same velvet upholstery and contrasting green piping. A super comfortable and generously proportioned chair, ideal for a bedroom, sitting room or reading corner. Wear consistent with age and use, including some fading, shading and marks to the velvet upholstery, particularly along the arms, seat and back. Sold together as a set.
