Riihimäki Glass was a Finnish glass factory. In 1927, Riihimaki was the largest glass factory in Finland producing high quality fine hand blown glassware.
Made in Finland by Riihimaki and designed by Aimo Okkolin, this vase is hand blown in a chimney design in a rich deep red colour.
It can be dated to the early 1970s as in 1976 the factory ceased the production of hand blown glass
It is of a stylish and elegant design.
This item stands at 18cm tall and is 11cm wide at the base and 5.5cm at the rim. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
