About this piece
Handcrafted Chinese elm coffee table featuring rich grain patterns and warm honey tones characteristic of aged hardwood. The rectangular form measures 120cm long by 57cm deep, standing at a comfortable 45cm height—proportioned to pair with mid-century seating or contemporary sofas.
Elm wood develops a distinctive patina over decades, with surface variations and subtle colour shifts that mark its provenance. This piece carries the hallmarks of traditional joinery, visible in its construction and the way the wood has settled with age.
Suitable for living rooms, studies, or curated interiors where heritage furniture anchors a space. The scale accommodates both display and functional use—books, objects, or a coffee service.
One-of-a-kind vintage piece. Condition reflects age and use; inspect product imagery for detail on wood tone, finish character, and any repairs or marks that add to its story.
