To achieve this lamp’s remarkable diaphanous effect, it is handcrafted by fine artist Sarah Tracton via unique technique by pouring porcelain slip on a plaster slab before firing, then heightening the luminous properties of the lighting by adding iridescent colours to the porcelain, which results in exquisitely celestial translucency when internally lit. Each lamp in this range is wonderfully unique and one of a kind.
