GRZ is a one off Harper Fredericks reinterpretation of Leon Rosen’s 1970s dining table for Pace Collection, retaining the original vintage brass hardware while introducing newly cut green glass and a circular top. Rosen’s distinctive four plane base geometry remains central to the composition, with converging glass edges held around a visible brass spine. From the front the base resolves into a precise open V, while oblique views layer the transparent planes into a denser cruciform arrangement. The deeper green glass intensifies as each plane crosses another, giving the table a changing visual weight without closing down the surrounding space. At 120cm across, the circular top provides generous dining scale while concentrating attention on the mechanical clarity of the original Pace construction below. This reinterpretation respects the engineering and authorship of Rosen’s design while giving it a materially distinct Harper Fredericks presence.
