PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT PACKAGING OF YOUR GLASSES SO THEY ARRIVE UNBROKEN IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US.
So if you feel the postage my be a bit high it is only because we want to make sure your order is packaged so no damage is caused during postage.
Pick up option:
If you would like to save on postage pick up is an option. Pick up location is Lismore NSW - appointment only. To organise collection please complete your order and send us a message. Once your order has been collected all postage charges will be refunded straight away (we hold onto the postage charge just in case something comes up and you need your items posted out.)
Refunds and exchange:
There will be no refunds or exchange for change of mind so please read description carefully and view all provided photos.
We are also happy to answer any further questions you may have.
If your item is damaged on arrival we will not take responsibility for this.
All parcels are packed very carefully using appropriate packing materials so if an item arrives damaged please contact the postal service and issue a damaged parcel report. They will require photos of damage/ packaging used/ proof of purchase/ postage label. Once the parcel leaves us it’s up to the postal service to care for your parcel. Having said that, please ,if you have any concerns once you receive your item please contact US!! we would love the opportunity to assist in anyway we can
