About this piece
A pair of mid-century lamps designed in Italy circa 1970s. With a slightly aged trumpet / conical brass base and a coiled rattan dome shaped shade.
The design of these lamps is reminiscent of the Fungo model from the Rising Sun collection by Italian designer Gabriella Crespi.
These lamps have been carefully re-wired to suit Australian local voltage standards. Originally purchased in Paris.
Condition of these lamps show signs of use ie. fingerprints and markings on the brass - a natural sign of aging. They are well maintained but align with what you expect from a vintage piece.
