Beautiful handcrafted floral arrangement of dried flowers with velvet bows at base. Mounted on light blue silk fabric. Set behind convex / bubble glass. Backed with ornate wallpaper or paper. Victorian style. Ready to be hung. Likely made in France in late C1800's to early C1900's. Very rare and highly sought after esp in condition. Sourced within the Mornington Peninsula.
