Antique original historical war landscape etching, ink on printing paper, framed. Landscape of trees lining a river, at night. Titled "SOIRÉE D'ÉTÉ" ("SUMMER EVENING"). Number 481. Signed "Peint par Wahlberg" ("Painted by Wahlberg"). Produced by "BOUSSOD, VALADON & CIE" as part of their "Estampe Miniature" ("Print Miniature") collection, many scenes of the Franco-Prussian War. Mounted and framed (vintage) with glass and is ready to be hung. Printed in Paris, France in 1895. Sourced within the Mornington Peninsula.
Excellent Antique Condition, sold in as-found condition. Major wear to frame, foxing to paper.
