About this piece
A lovely antique timber side table featuring a rectangular top with clipped corners, a single drawer with decorative brass keyhole escutcheon and slender turned legs joined by timber stretchers. Finished in a rich dark brown polish, with the drawer retaining its original timber compartments. A versatile little table, ideal beside a sofa, as a bedside table or in a hallway. Wear consistent with age and use, including scratches, marks, rubbing and losses to the finish, particularly around the edges and legs. There is a noticeable ring shaped mark to the tabletop, along with general surface wear. No key, drawer opens.
