Antique Japanese bronze temple vase bas-relief avian bird motif JAPAN C1800's. Large floor temple vase. Baluster shaped with circular stepped footed base. High relief dragon wrapped around the neck. Two scenes of birds and trees. Two opposed Shishi lion mask handles. From the Meiji Period. Traditional Japanese style. Made in China in mid C1800's. Sourced within the Mornington Peninsula.
