This is a fine quality example of a genuine Antique French Restauration Period 1820 - 1829 Mahogany with white reeded edge Marble top Console Table / Hall Table / Side Table. The shaped frieze has a full width drawer with a centre brass inlaid panel in the Andre Boulle manner. The curved frieze supports are nicely ‘S’ shaped and flow downwards onto the back uprights which in turn flow down into the legs which have decorative Acanthus leaf carved embellished knees and carved animal paw feet. The legs are connected by a lower shaped base which also acts as a display shelf
Condition: All in all in very good condition for age.
