The original painting was exhibited in 1884, measures 115.8 cm x 170.3 cm and forms part of the Tate Britain collection in London. The medieval chapel interior was famously modelled on St Bartholomew's Church in Smithfield.This smaller period print is presented in a substantial, thick oak frame that complements the medieval subject and the image's rich tones.
