Antique 19th century French Coramandel and Brass bound Box

This is a beautiful and excellent quality example of a genuine antique 19th century French hinged lidded Box of rectangular form with a full length curved arched lid. Finished in rare prestigious and exotic Coromandel from India and with brass perimeter molding all sitting on a on a protruding brass base. Currently with some original silk to the lid however can have the interior lined with polished exotic timber panels or lined with silk panels and even fitted with a removable lift out fitted tray for Jewellery if required.
