About this piece

Designed in the 1960s by Angel Pazmino and manufactured by Muebles de Estilo in Ecuador, this rare pair of safari lounge chairs is crafted in solid rosewood. The frames present a sculptural profile with pronounced natural grain, distinctive volute armrests, and traditional pegged construction that enables a flat-pack design.

Recently reupholstered in saddle leather, the chairs reflect mid-century Ecuadorian craftsmanship and functional detailing. Offered as a set of two.
