Andris Susilo is a well established Indonesian artist with a multitude of awards, accolades and exhibitions to his name. His work can be found in National and private collections in Indonesia, US, Singapore and Australia
Andris Susilo was born in September 1982 in Jepara, a small town in the northern part of the island of Java. The child of a carpenter, the environment from childhood to adolescence is very closely related to wood processing activities, such as carving, carpentry and etc.
In 2002 he went to Yogyakarta to continue his studies. Until 2004, he decided to study art at the Indonesian Art Institute and began to be active in the arts.
