This lovely flame mahogany chest was crafted in Scotland c.1880.
It features 5 full width drawers with original turned knobs. The top two drawers (one thin, one deep) do not have knobs but can be easily opened from the bottom edge. The drawers run very well.
The front panels feature a beautifully warm flame mahogany and the sides are flanked by expertly carved barley twists.
