A French 18th century Sycamore three plank refectory table, fitted with its original drawer, from the Chateau De Chassagny, the table had been in the chateau from when it was originally built in the 18th century.

Chatea De Chassagny is an ancient castle built in the 18th century and was closed in 2020 to be renovated into appartments.

Chateau Chassagny is located 20 minutes south of Lyon.


The table was constructed by hand and still has all the original pegs holding it together, the table is in lovely original condition with no restoration or alterations

Showing some signs of its 200 years of use, the patina is the original wax finish.
