18th century Oak dresser base of unusual form. Circa 1780.
Single planked top with a narrow moulded plate stand groove to back edge of top. Three pine lined drawers with original Brass Bale handles above shaped apron. Shaped square supports. Excellent soft amber tones. Unaltered original finish. All locks intact. A well looked after country house piece. I Sourced from large Country house estate, County North Yorkshire. Possibly original to made for the estate, with rounded edge to one side.
