An exceptional 18th century French table, sourced by Robyn McKendry in Pézenas.
Rich in character and beautifully decorative, the table features an elegant marble top resting upon a wonderfully sculptural painted base. Sweeping cabriole legs, scrolling details and intricate carved ornamentation give the piece a distinctly French sensibility, while the timeworn finish speaks beautifully to its age and history.
Generous in scale and striking from every angle, this is a wonderfully versatile antique - - equally at home as a centre table, console or statement piece within an entrance or living space.
