About this piece
Beautiful antique Victorian chaise longue with elegant sweeping scroll arms and a deeply button-tufted backrest. Featuring a solid timber frame with turned legs and a graceful serpentine back, this is a lovely statement piece ready for restoration or reupholstery.
The frame is solid and sturdy, with lovely proportions and classic Victorian styling. The existing silver-grey velvet upholstery has reached the end of its life and shows wear, making it an ideal candidate for someone wanting to recover it in linen, velvet or leather to suit their own interior.
