About this piece
A vintage set of two nesting tables in a Neoclassical style, in a dark stained timber with inset green marble tops. Featuring architectural detailing, with panelled aprons, squared tapered legs and restrained carved decoration. Each table is inset with richly veined green marble, creating a lovely contrast against the dark timber. The smaller table nests neatly beneath the larger. The marble tops are fixed in place and are not removable. Wear consistent with age and use, including scratches, scuffs, small knocks and areas of finish loss to the timber, particularly around the edges, corners and legs. Surface wear and marks to the marble consistent with use. Please refer to photos.
