About this piece
A vintage Mahal, with a deep olive/ forest green, against which a single ornate medallion rises in ivory and soft taupe. This composition of the medallion is one of the oldest and most symbolic forms in this craft. It's often read as the all-seeing eye, or the centre of the universe and the spiritual core from which everything else radiates,
Colours are: base in a faded forrest green, boarder base in beige and taupe, corner motifs framing the central medallion in sky blue.
Colour Palette: Internal base in deep olive/ forest green, boarder and corner framing in taupe and ivory. Each corner has hits of soft pale blue which is very faint. Boarder detail motifs in hunter green.
