This is a very superior quality genuine antique English circa 1800 George III Chest of Drawers with a (feature veneered) top central pull out Secretaire Desk drawer with a very well fitted interior with drawers to either side and three full width graduated drawers below. The secretaire drawer features an oval feature panel to the front with a string fruitwood inlay. All drawers are line inlaid and feature original all brass drawer pull handles. Either side of the secretaire pull out writing desk are a bank of two stacked drawers and below are three stacked and graduated full width drawers. The whole is constructed from superb imported prestigious Central American Mahogany of excellent figuring and lovely mellowed colour all standing upon straight shaped bracket feet.
