West German Pottery Bay Keramik XL Boden Olive and Brown Hobnail Floor Vase 64-50

Bay Keramik was founded in 1933 producing table ceramics and cooking pots mostly in unglazed terracotta. More decorative ceramics began to be produced in the early 50's, and by the early 60's they were one of the leading manufacturers of art ceramics.

This gorgeous mid-century West German Bay Keramik floor vase is glazed in olive and brown and features raised hobnail circles to the bulk of the vase.

Marked underneath Bay W. Germany with the model number 64-50.

This vase has no chips, cracks or imperfections.

This striking vase stands tall at 50cm. It still has the original Bay Keramik sticker on the neck.
