About this piece
A beautiful Artist Collection vase designed by Ulrica Hydman-Vallien for Kosta Boda, Sweden, one of the most celebrated names in Scandinavian art glass.
This striking piece features finely spaced black spiral trails wrapped around a softly frosted white glass body, creating a hypnotic optical effect that becomes denser toward the base. The elegant fluted rim forms a flower-like silhouette, enhancing the sculptural quality of the design.
The combination of graphic black lines, translucent white glass and organic form perfectly reflects the playful yet sophisticated style that made Ulrica Hydman-Vallien internationally renowned.
The base is fully engraved: Kosta Boda Artist Collection Ulrica HV 49940
