About the Brand
Area Declic is a brand of Arrmet Ltd., Friulian factory specializes in production of metal chairs active since the sixties in the chair district of Manzano (Udine). The brand Area Declic is a proposal for chairs, stools, tables and design characterized by a strong personality and versatility, suitable to meet the needs of various sectors, from residential to community. Area Declic joins the company tradition of the use of metal for a comprehensive search, quality-oriented, innovation, the study of materials, the functionality, and aesthetics .

About the Designer
Matthias Demacker was born in southern Germany in 1970. He studied Design at FH Niederrhein in Krefeld and at the same time worked with a number of different architects’ studios on trade fair exhibition stands. After graduating, he moved to Munich, worked for a number of interior design studios and in 2003 set up his own. He has received many acknowledgements at international level; among these, the Interior Innovation Award, the Nomination for the german Designpreis both in 2005, the red dot 2007 and the good design award 2010.
