French 19th-century ‘Oeil de Boeuf’ oval wall mirror from Paris, circa 1865, in the Louis XV style. The giltwood frame is articulated with ribbon and floral ornament and finished with an inner string-of-pearls border. It retains its original oval bevelled mirror plate, which remains in excellent original condition. Well-proportioned overall.
Condition: Minor age-related deficiencies to the gilt frame; to be professionally attended to so the presentation will be excellent.
