Kirsten Selmer Medgård designed the decor of “Annemarie” for Figgio Norway which was produced between 1971 and 1977. The form designers were Jørg Lion Nilsen and Ragnar Grimsrud who designed many of the forms for Figgjo in this era. This is by far the most collectible and rare pattern in the Figgio range.
The pieces from the Kirsten Dekor series are typified by their bright, bold and colourful ‘flat’ floral designs.
“Annemarie” has a distinctive pattern of yellow and orange flowers with vivid green stems.
These egg cups are in great condition. There are a couple of small areas of damage that I have pictured. Finding a set of four of these in such good condition is incredibly rare. I have only ever seen singles before.
The shakers are 10cm in length and 8.5cm at its widest point.
