A vintage Turkish Oushak scatter rug, hand woven in Anatolia region Türkiye approximately 70 years ago.
This is the one for the person who finds beauty in restraint. The colour has faded so beautifully that the ground reads as warm, unified tone, biscuit, bare sand, pale camel.
A soft medallion composition, a fine border, motifs in soft pale blue with motifs in the boarder which are the same colour as the base of this rug.
Ideal in a kitchen between bench and island, beside a bed, in a bathroom, or layered over a natural fibre rug in a larger space. It's neutral palette means it complements any room adding warmth and texture without competing for attention.
Colour Palette: Base in biscuit, sand and pale camel. Motifs in the field are a pale blue with motifs in the boarder in a pale camel. Line detailing in walnut and hints on ivory.
